I have already fed this back: an existing fault (from 2024 to present day) with the unfixed handle in the shaft making it impossible to use without the addition of glue or a screw. Disappointed that when I asked before purchasing, I was told this was indeed sorted. The handle should be orange to match/blend with the wood chipper – other purchasable attachments are painted orange. It should be sold as an optional extra at point of sale for the wood chipper, not something I discover in the product catalogue after trying to drag the wood chipper around the garden without a suitable handle! Such an easy thing to sort out to make your customers happy!
Could be slightly longer. Handle slips in socket. An oversight not to have designed machine with portability in mind.
Useful handle for moving the wood chipper around
As everyone else has said it’s a great addition to the mulcher but it does need a bolt in the middle to hold the handlebar in place. An easy fix, but without it the handle is pretty much unusable. Also as others have said it does feel like it should just be part of the standard kit shipped with the mulcher when purchased.
