Lo spaccalegna FM5T-TC da 5 tonnellate è uno spaccalegna veloce, compatto e leggero da 5 tonnellate, ideale per i principianti o per chi utilizza bruciatori di legna di piccole e medie dimensioni. È più adatto a spaccare legno morbido o verde, se si tratta di spaccare legno duro o nodoso, si dovrebbe prendere in considerazione la serie FM10 di spaccalegna Duocut.
L'FM5T-TC ha un tempo di ciclo rapido di 9 secondi che lo rende il più veloce spaccalegna di piccole dimensioni. Può spaccare tronchi fino a 300 mm di lunghezza.
L'FM5T-TC ha un motore da 2200 W e produce una forza effettiva di 5 tonnellate, a differenza di altri piccoli spaccalegna che hanno solo un motore da 1500 watt e producono una forza di 4 tonnellate.
Grazie alle sue dimensioni compatte e al peso di circa 32 kg, è facile da spostare e da riporre. Per soddisfare le più recenti norme di sicurezza, è dotata di un comando a pulsante e a leva. Viene fornito pieno di olio idraulico, pronto per l'uso.
Lo spaccalegna viene fornito con un banco di lavoro e una protezione per soddisfare tutte le nuove norme di sicurezza. A differenza delle gabbie di sicurezza utilizzate da altri produttori, la nostra protezione ha lati privi di aperture, in modo che i tronchi spaccati non possano impigliarsi in un'apertura e causare danni. Consente di spaccare tronchi fino a 300 mm* di diametro, mentre le gabbie utilizzate da altri produttori consentono di spaccare solo tronchi fino a 250 mm di diametro.
Il modello FM5T-TC viene fornito con il nostro supporto universale per spaccalegna, che utilizza le ruote posteriori dello spaccalegna e dispone di un semplice piede nella parte anteriore.
L'FM5T-TC può anche essere dotato della nostra lama DuocutTM (venduta separatamente); montando la lama Duocut la lunghezza massima del tronco si riduce a 230 mm.

An excellent bit of kit. Needed a splitter that was small and compact but strong enough to handle big lumps of hardwood. The FM5 does not disappoint. Super easy to use, small enough to stow away, and enough power to chomp through eucalyptus and semi seasoned oak. I’m a small statured woman who managed to rattle her way through 2m3 of 30cm ish long/wide cm hardwood rounds in about four hours. Pushed it to the limit with the eucalyptus, but it did it, and boy was it impressive. I just need three days of bedrest to recover!
I haven’t yet tried the stand nor the cage because of space limitation, but decided to get the one with the stand because we’re not getting any younger and the FM5T was only £20 more expensive than the one without the stand and the stand on its own costs nearly £70 as an extra.

This log splitter is robustly made and does an excellent job. Felt my time of swinging an axe was over so decided to buy this. Now realise I should have done this years ago. It is fast, efficient, easy to use. Far less effort needed compared to an axe and so much safer.
I cannot believe I have been using an axe for 35 years! Bought this because of a broken foot and need to get the wood chopped before winter. It’s been running 1.5 hours every night for 3 nights and its brilliant, loads of splitting power. The only pick up point is the centre bar on the stand is very long as the stand fits the entire range I suspect. I will just cut it off though so no issue
